Cushion Inserts:
All cushions come with a standard insert. If you would like your item to come with out an insert please email us before you place your order.  

Custom Orders:
Custom orders for bedding can have a wait time due to the location of our custom products. We will keep you up to date with a timeline as accurate as is available. Please be patient while your custom product is being created.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping: Shipping rates and free shipping policy apply only to items shipped with in Australia. Free shipping is only available for regular shipping and not express shipping. Regular & Express shipping are through Australia Post. Tracking is provided to you upon lodgement of your parcel. Returns & Refunds: Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you wish to return your product to us for any reason it must be returned to us with a returns form, adequately packed, in new condition and must have postal insurance for its correct value before returning to us. NOTE: Custom & special orders clearance items, gift certificates are NONREFUNDABLE.
