• Shipping is available within Australia only via Australia Post.

• We do not offer free shipping, but expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

• Some large or bulky items may incur an additional shipping fee due to their size.

• All parcels are tracked and insured for your peace of mind.

• International shipping is available on request — please contact us via email to arrange.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our website or directly with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
